If you need assistance, please send an email directly to our support team at . Include the following information to help us respond quickly:

  • Your full name and best contact email
  • The exchange name and API key nickname (do NOT include your API secret)
  • Timestamps and order IDs (if applicable)
  • A short description of the issue and relevant screenshots or logs attached to the email

Urgent Issues

If you believe your account has been compromised, immediately disable API keys on your exchange and email with the subject line [URGENT] Account Compromise. Provide timestamps, order IDs, and any other helpful details.
